This is a photo of the stainless circular pickup tube from above. I had
stainless tubing laying around, copper would work as well. Use the outside
of your kettle as the form for the loop. Adjust it to fit inside
the kettle. I would flare the output and use a hose barb.
This is a close up of the underside of the end of the loop. This is the inlet.
Wrap a copper scrubby around the inlet and secure with light copper wire. I
crimped the end of the stainless tube. Do likewise or use food-grade solder
on a copper tube.
